Music and drawing

I listened to some classic music radio station today by accident. I found I kind of enjoy it. One thing I felt was that piano solo was kind of like drawing, compare to a full symphony. I guess a painting would be more like symphony.

Then I heard a violin solo, which made me feel piano is like a pencil drawing, and violin is more like charcoal.

Anyway, just felt it is interesting.
